Planning Your Booth
Our goal is to create a balanced and varied experience for attendees. To support this, we may limit the number of vendors offering similar products or services, including representatives from the same direct sales or network marketing company.
Vendor setup begins at 8:00 a.m. on the morning of the event. Please plan to arrive with enough time to unload, choose your booth location, and be ready to welcome guests when the fair opens.
To help create the best experience for our guests and fellow vendors, please plan to keep your booth set up until the event ends. If an emergency arises and you need to leave early, please let Michelle know as soon as possible.
One of the unique features of the Marquette Holistic Health Fair is that vendors choose their own booth location.
Booth selection is first-come, first-served. Vendors who arrive earlier have the widest selection of available spaces.
If you’d like to set up near another vendor, I’d suggest arriving together so you can choose spaces next to each other.
Each vendor space includes approximately 8 feet by 8 feet for your display.
You’re welcome to personalize your booth in a way that best showcases your business while remaining within your assigned space. Including vertical displays may help you make use of the available room.
If you’d like additional display space, here are a few ideas that have worked well for past vendors:
- Vertical risers or shelving placed on top of your table
- Display racks
- A small folding table (up to 4 feet long) positioned beneath or extending from your main table
- Other compact display solutions that remain within your booth space
If you’re not sure whether your display will fit or if you have other questions, please reach out. I’m happy to brainstorm ideas with you.
To help keep the aisles open and ensure every vendor has a comfortable amount of space, display tents are not allowed. If you offer services requiring additional privacy, folding screens or similar dividers are good options.
Guest Wi-Fi is available through NMU_GUEST.
Electricity is available in some locations. If your booth requires electricity, please let me know on your application or before the event so I can place you accordingly.
Only service animals are allowed inside the Northern Center.
