Presentation: COMING HOME: Deeply Nourishing Your Nervous System
About the Presentation: You will experience three ways to show your Nervous System safety, while learning the importance of Nervous System regulation, and how it impacts all areas of your life.
Kristine “Unique” McPeak is Creative Wellness Guide and a 2x International Best-Selling author in two collaborative books, “Entangled No More (2022)” and “Shadow Alchemy (2024)”
In 1992, Kristine earned her BS in Elementary Education.
Never landing a formal classroom, life became her teacher. Immediately after college, she began studying Reiki Levels 1 and 2, and later became a Certified Laughter Leader. She led therapeutic laughter groups, sharing the health benefits with hundreds of people in a variety of business settings.
Returning to college, earning a Physical Therapist Assistant degree in 2012, her medical degree was a pre-requisite allowing her to study Healing Touch. She progressed through Level 4, a continuing education program for nurses.
When a personal crisis arose, Kristine learned about Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). Having experienced the effectiveness, she went on to study to become an EFT Practitioner, sharing this tool with hundreds of Healing Touch clients in a private office setting.
In 2019, she furthered her mind-body-spirit knowledge through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, becoming a Health Coach. And has been a student of Rapid Resolution Therapy since 2021. In 2024, after moving to North Dakota, Kristine began studying Quantum Healing.
She has always been drawn to somatic healing techniques. Her love of learning and healing modalities, led Kristine to be studying the Polyvagal Theory since 2024, and has been teaching 5 day online workshops. And has developed a transformative 7 week course, COMING HOME: Deeply Nourishing Your Nervous System, which is offered in spring and fall.
Continuing to develop her skills and knowledge, she weaves these modalities together to guide others 1:1 and in group settings the art of reframing, rewiring, and releasing their self limiting core beliefs. She guides women through abuse, neglect and trauma, and helps them become clear and free from lifelong struggles.
She is currently having a blast writing a series of solo books, ageless allegories, The Miss Adventures of Mr. Lucky Kat Tales. And is looking forward to relocating back to her beloved Upper Peninsula of Michigan for hiking, swimming, building snowmen and epic bonfires!
If you’re feeling stuck, reach out at kristinemcpeak@gmail.com, and join her private community, for women on Facebook, Play in the Quantum with Kristine. You can also book 1:1 sessions with her at https://pensight.com/x/kristineuniquemcpeak.

Presentation: Returning to the Hearth: A Creative Grounding Experience
About the Presentation: This workshop offers a gentle, guided introduction to creativity as a pathway to presence, self-awareness, and inner calm. Rooted in the philosophy of Teallach Art, participants are invited to reconnect with their “inner hearth”—a place of grounding, warmth, and personal truth – through a combination of mindfulness and intuitive creative expression.
The session emphasizes process over product. Rather than focusing on artistic skill or outcome, participants will explore how creative engagement can shift internal states such as breath, heart rate, and sense of self. The intention is to cultivate awareness of how creativity can serve as a tool for regulation, reflection, and connection.
Kate is a musician, artist, and lifelong educator with over twenty years of experience integrating creativity and mindfulness. Inspired by a deep connection to water and the natural world, she lives off-grid near Big Bay, Michigan with her wife.
Through Teallach Art, she offers creative grounding experiences for adults, inviting participants to reconnect with presence, breath, and a sense of inner calm through intuitive artistic practice.
